Langley and the Lower Mainland
Where We Work
We are based in Langley and work across the Lower Mainland. Pick a community for the local water damage risks, the neighbourhoods we cover, and how to reach us.
Surrey
Water damage restoration in Surrey covers a city that is really several cities. Newton, Whalley, Guildford, Fleetwood, and Cloverdale do not flood the same way, and a restoration plan that ignores that wastes days.
South Surrey
South Surrey water damage is a peninsula problem. Crescent Beach sits almost at sea level, Ocean Park takes wind-driven rain off the bluff, and Grandview Heights is still being built on ground that used to drain as fields.
Abbotsford
Abbotsford already knows what flood water does. The Sumas Prairie, Clayburn Creek, and a large stock of 1970s Clearbrook houses keep our crews east of Langley.
Maple Ridge
Maple Ridge water damage follows the rivers and the hill. Haney and Port Haney sit low. Silver Valley and the northern streets shed water downhill into older basements.
Cloverdale
Cloverdale is old agricultural ground with a new town on top of it. High water tables in the south, and Clayton's construction runoff in the north, both end up in basements.
Aldergrove
Aldergrove water damage is rural water plus a small town. Bertrand Creek, Zero Avenue fields, and older buildings on Fraser Highway do not fail the same way.
Walnut Grove
Walnut Grove was built in a rush in the late 1980s and 1990s. That vintage is now the age when supply lines, washing machine hoses, and water heaters fail.
Willoughby
Willoughby is still being built. New houses fail in new ways: sump pumps, site drainage, and roofs that leak before the landscaping is finished.
Fort Langley
Fort Langley water damage is old houses, a high river, and crawl spaces that were never meant to stay wet.
White Rock
White Rock water damage splits in two. The beach takes the weather. The hill sends that water downhill into someone else's basement.
Delta
Delta is three water-damage towns. Ladner sits in the floodplain, Tsawwassen sits on clay above Boundary Bay, and North Delta is a ridge of 1960s and 1970s houses over the Fraser.
Pitt Meadows
Pitt Meadows is dyke country. The Pitt River, the Alouette, and a city that already flooded in 2021 are why water damage here is not theoretical.
Mission
Mission water damage depends on which Mission you mean. The hill above the Fraser leaks like an old town. Hatzic and the lake plain flood like a valley.
Chilliwack
Chilliwack water damage runs from the Vedder River flats to Promontory's hillsides. Sardis floods differently than a house on the bench.
